They decided on this final concept for "Zip". Zip has a built in screen in his chest and can remove it to help guide the user when the user needs assistance. It also offers the opportunity for a personality and flexibility to show what actions need to be taken.
From the initial concepts, the company selected to to more forward with fleshing out some ideas to see how the character could be an assistant that is personable and appealing.
